So, do you want to know a little more about the taster sessions? Well, here’s a bit more about what you can expect on the WOMAN part of the course…
The session on the 3rd March the Mum is entitled: Rediscovering you . In this section we’ll be gently encouraging you to have a little dig around beneath the nappies, cbeebies and baby toys to try to remember what you talked about, did and enjoyed in those seemingly distant pre-baby days. It’s scary how quickly we can become all-consumed with our little ones and our role as a mum and forget we’re a woman in our own right.
The session on the 24th March is entitled: Daring to dream. After acknowledging we not only want but need a little me-time it’s then important we do something about it. We want to encourage, inspire and support women into going for a dream they have be it a business, hobby or adventure. This session will give ideas and steps towards that.
The session on the 21st April is entitled: Creating realistic goals . In this section, having uncovered your dreams we’ll help you to try to start setting goals. Nothing too scary just step by step to get you moving in the right direction towards being fulfilled as a woman as well as a mum.
Of course the ‘pampering’ aspect of the courses is designed to remind you you’re a woman who deserves a treat now and then. That’s right, each session will include a little pampering treat for you from a massage, to a manicure, to a facial. Our aim is that you will leave each week with a smile on your face
