We’d like to introduce you to our latest venture here at More than a Mum. After holding our ‘taster’ sessions earlier this year (which included some free pampering for mums) the feedback from those who attended overwhelming told us that not only do mums have very little pampering or ‘me-time’ for themselves but, they feel guilty if they do. It was also sometimes time-consuming, impractical or expensive to book any luxury like a manicure, pedicure or massage. However, every mum expressed the benefit and plain enjoyment of the pampering part of our sessions and we frankly believe that mums deserve it. And so we came up with an idea that we hope will give mums the opportunity for a little luxury in their lives while we take out the pain of the organisation by bringing it to you! Furthermore, as you know we are all about supporting mums to work flexibly around their families and so we hope to use local therapists who are primarily, though not exclusively, mums themselves.
Our first step is to find local therapists in West London who would like to join our agency to be a part of the pamper parties for some extra income and the chance to gain more business for their individual services. We are holding an information-giving evening next week (Wednesday 18th July) for any therapists who want to come and find out more.

MTAM Parties is an agency offering a range of ‘me-time’ pamper parties aimed primarily at Mums. Presently we want to offer traditional ‘pamper parties’ in the Ealing/West London area, but in the future we intend to extend both the range of parties and the areas that we cover.
For you as a therapist we want to offer you the chance to work with us on a freelance basis as and when you are free, the ability to network with other practitioners and the chance to advertise your day-to-day services with your target market.
We’d like to invite you to our information evening.
This will be an opportunity for you to find out more about what we propose to do, ask any questions you may have and to meet other local therapists.
The evening will be held at The Garden Room in The Pilot Pub, Chiswick commencing at 8pm.
